Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will pack the items according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly inspected and secured. Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period dependent on the particular item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hrs. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot completely manage it due to the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it's possible that your order could be out of stock after you have made the order.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and in the same state as the day you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
