All custom backdrops will have up to three digital proofs made so that you can see how it will look before we send it into production. Please note, we do not send any custom orders into production without your approval, and delays in approval can result in delays in delivery. Please order accordingly.

TITANIUM HEAVYWEIGHT FLEECE CLOTH
Our Titanium heavyweight material is a fleece-backed polyester that is wrinkle-free, machine washable and dryer safe, light absorbent, and will last for years to come! These backgrounds are great for their strength, durability, and portability for all your shoots. Computer printed images are pressed right into the fabric itself so fading is not an issue, no matter how many times you use it! Shipped folded, the fabric backdrops come with a sewn-in rod pocket for easy hanging. Easy to wash on a delicate cycle and either line dry or use low heat in the dryer to keep your backdrops clean over and over again!
PLATINUM LIGHTWEIGHT CLOTH
Our Platinum lightweight material is 100% polyester that is wrinkle-resistant, machine washable and dryer safe, and easy to hang. Computer-printed images are printed right into the fabric itself so fading is not an issue, no matter how many times you use it! Shipped folded, the fabric backdrops come with a sewn-in rod pocket for easy hanging. There is a slight sheen to the fabric. Cleaning is easy! Just put the backdrop in the washer and dryer on a delicate cycle and low heat to rinse off any dirt you might get on them.
HEAVY-DUTY CANVAS
Our canvas backdrops are perfect for that classic photography look! Made of satin poly-cotton canvas, we make all of the backdrops to order in two sizes: 3ft x 4ft and 5ft x 6ft. Vibrantly printed with high-quality latex ink the canvas shipped rolled in a tube for safe and easy storage. The canvas prints are hung easily from a stand with clamps or pinned to the wall. Please note, this is a canvas material, so the traditional canvas weave texture does show up in very close-up shots. Easy to clean with a lightly damp cloth.
HEAVY-DUTY SEMI-MATTE VINYL
Our heavy-duty vinyl backdrops come in a variety of sizes and are vibrantly printed with high-quality latex ink for all your photography needs. Vinyl is tightly woven, plastic-coated fibers, making these backdrops highly durable and great for both indoor and outdoor use. Vinyl is shipped rolled in a cardboard box and hung easily from a stand with clamps. This is a semi-matte print. To clean, just wipe with a damp cloth but do not apply too much pressure.

Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will wrap your goods in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers every day in a variety of countries. This is an indication of our determination to become the largest online retailer globally. The warehouses are located situated in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a particular processing period depending on the specific item.
Prior to shipping, we check the item thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order will run out of stock even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
